My name is Stephen Petrucci and I am the proud owner of Bella Homes, a full-service eco-luxury builder in South Florida! I was born and raised in New York, but I moved to Florida in the 90’s and have lived here ever since. I studied Real Estate & Finance at Florida State University and obtained my Bachelor of Science in 1997. I started young in the real estate industry, getting experience right out of college in the finance part of real estate. This allowed me to truly understand what clients are looking for, a crucial aspect of this industry which benefited my work as I began building custom homes. I started with mid-range properties and quickly took it to the next level with high-end, luxury homes.
