With Managing Partner Stephen Petrucci’s personal approach, the team is hands-on to ensure the details are held to their high standards.
CUSTOM HOMES
Working with clients on every detail of the home, Bella customizes the build to match the client’s vision, from architectural to interior design. It’s about creating a home that supports the client’s lifestyle, and that process starts with a conversation and getting to know the client. Bella Homes’ in-house interior design team works directly with the client in putting together the look and feel of the home from concept to completion. The design is not complete until the house is furnished. Having direct access to a full-service design team streamlines the entire process for the client.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Stephen kick-started his career right out of college at a young age. By building his career from the ground up, he entered the real estate industry and now focuses on understanding the client and what he or she wants and needs in a new home. Originally from New York, Stephen moved to Florida in the ’90s and has made it his home ever since. He articulates, “My background studying Real Estate and Finance at Florida State University allowed for an easy transition into the world of real estate, starting on the financial side and quickly moving on to build custom homes.”
HOME IS WHERE THE FAMILY IS
Happily married since 2005, Stephen has two daughters and a son. “Family is the most important aspect of my life, so we treat every Sunday as a family day dedicated to spending time together. When we can, we love going on family vacations as much as possible,” says Stephen. When he’s not working, Stephen loves making time to catch up with friends and family. He spends his days off enjoying the beautiful Florida weather by playing golf or heading to the beach.
THE FOCUS BEHIND EACH CLIENT
The high demand for eco-luxury homes in the Palm Beach County market has driven Bella Homes’ growth. The company consistently has between six to twelve active projects, with new developments available to top producers at a premarket level.
“We’re constantly updating our website to keep our partners up to date with every project, including realistic renderings, construction progress footage, and detailed brochures that notate the features and specs of each home,” says Stephen.
Stephen loves the challenge of collaborating with his creative team and contractors to consistently bring innovative designs to the custom home market. “To me, success lives in the team you surround yourself with,” says Stephen. “It’s impossible to do everything yourself, so working with amazing people on a day-to-day basis allows me to go home and have that reward of spending time with my family. I truly enjoy being surrounded by an incredible team and working together to bring our vision to life. You can’t be just one person; you have to build a team around it — that’s success.”
In closing, Stephen says, “I want to be remembered for having a quality, amazing product. I’m proud to play a role in changing the landscape of South Florida. Driving down streets and seeing homes I’ve built is a really exciting thing, so to have people drive through South Florida and see all the different Bella Homes and communities — that’s what I want to be remembered for.”
