22 May The Bella Homes’ Process: Blueprint to Turn-key
Every Bella Home is one-of-a-kind. From our functional, unique designs to our beautiful custom finishes, there’s something special about every home we create.
A lot of work and planning goes into building a new construction home. But with nearly a decade of experience behind us, we’ve developed an efficient method for moving our projects from blueprint to turn-key.
The Bella Homes’ process involves:
1. Lot Acquisition
The first step to any new construction home is acquiring the land on which to build. Location is everything in real estate, and Bella Homes is extremely particular with our lot selection process. We choose to build in South Florida for a number of reasons, and we seek out lots that are located in highly desirable neighborhoods, like St. Andrew’s Country Club and Le Rivage, with a special emphasis on waterfront properties.
2. Blueprint and 3D Rendering
Once the lot has been purchased, we begin the process of designing the home. We work with architects to design a complete blueprint of the home, with floor plans, elevations, and square footage. We also put together a package that notes specific finishes throughout the home, such as the exterior siding, bathroom tiles, floorboards, cabinetry, and so much more. Once the outline of the home has been solidified, we then have a 3D rendering created to give us a realistic preview of what the finished product will look like.
3. Construction Begins
Now that the home has been planned out to the tiniest detail, we finally break ground and begin construction! Bella Homes works with the best in the business, hiring the top carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, and other home construction professionals to get the job done. We’re on-site every day to coordinate the project and ensure every detail is up to our high standards. This is how we are able to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time!
4. Turn-key Home
Once the home has been constructed, all that’s left are the finishing touches. We install high-end appliances and the latest smart home technology, including security cameras, Control4 Panels, and more. If the home has not yet gone under contract, we stage the home with high-quality furniture and beautiful décor so potential buyers can easily envision themselves living in the home. Now the Bella Home is officially turn-key and ready for a lucky new homeowner to enjoy!
