2021 REFLECTION
As we wind down on the final days of 2021 and plan for 2022, we can’t help reflect on the year and how much has changed. One year into the pandemic, the real estate market has seen record transactions and growth.
NEW HOMES
As far as our custom build homes, Bella Homes have built and brought several eco-luxury properties into the South Florida real estate market, including The Vineyard, 53 SE 7 Ave, 17861 Fieldbrook Circle, 17138 Ave Le Rivage, 6103 N. Ocean Boulevard, 113 Island Drive, and 6107 N. Ocean Boulevard.
UNDER CONTRACT / SOLD
In 2021 we’ve gone into contract and sold additional properties, all with our 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, Control4 Smart Home Systems, LED Lighting, High Seer A/C, and our Solaris Whole House Air Purifier, including 810 N Swinton, 3755 Red Maple, 53 SE 7 Ave, 117 Marlin Drive, and 10 NW 17 Street.
As we reflect on this past year, we cannot wait to see what is in store for us for 2022. Welcoming more eco-awareness, helping the Earth, and of course, building more homes!
